Free 15-Minute Introductory Chat

Intake Form

If we agree that my coaching might indeed be right for you, and you decide to proceed, I’ll ask you to complete a detailed intake form which identifies your main concerns and areas you’d like to trouble-shoot. This will enable me to be ready with practical ideas straight away and will also help us to set clear goals about what we’d like to achieve together.

Initial Session

Following the intake process, we’ll have our first session (90 minutes’ duration). We can meet confidentially on Zoom or in person* (in Melbourne, Australia) if geography permits.

What to expect during the sessions:

You are welcome to bring along your co-parenting partner if that works for you.

We will identify what is causing conflict and/or upset in your family and focus on specific approaches to resolve those issues. I will give you practical ideas, resources and strategies you can take away to implement at home.

I recommend a block of sessions, as this will help us to make a real impact and I can support you while you implement our strategies. However, you might prefer to meet with me once if you have a discrete issue you’d like to consult with me about. You can always come back if you decide you’d like further support.

  • Three Session Package

    An Initial 90-Minute Consultation + Two 60-Minute Sessions

    3h 30min / $325

  • Six Session Package

    An Initial 90-Minute Consultation + Five 60-Minute Sessions

    6h 30min / $585

I also offer a 12-week online support group for parents taking Dr Laura Markham’s Peaceful Parent Happy Kids online course. Membership is $120 for the 12 weeks and the group meets weekly, so that you can ask your questions and get support to help you implement what you’re learning during the course.
